PCIS Counseling Mission Statement

The mission of Phenix City Intermediate School’s Counseling Program is to provide a comprehensive and developmentally appropriate guidance program which empowers students to achieve academic excellence, personal growth, and social responsibility.  We are committed to fostering a passion for lifelong learning by addressing the academic, career, and personal/social development of all students. In collaboration with educators, parents, and the community, the counselors strive to equip every student with the essential skills and knowledge needed to become responsible citizens, productive members of the workforce, and engaged learners who make positive contributions to our diverse and changing world.
